I would certainly hope they keep an eye on chat sites; not all of what is said is correct or even useful (present company excluded) but it can reflect the mood of the commentariat and any company interested in keeping its share price buoyant would want to have regard for what is being said and to correct any misapprehensions.
Indeed you don't know that I am not a board member playing devil's advocate to stir up some interest...I'm not, but I could be!
Anyway it is good that the 3B has been filed; the market now knows that there are potentially more than 2 billion shares on issue once the options are exercised (which at current prices is likely).
