    Better to have Wal " locked in " rather than looking to get out.
    Suspect he would have held anyway being on record as saying $2 or more would be needed for their holdings.
    LEI have been a short (construction) term winner with this one,that itself IMO makes it easy for CEU to be a long term hold for them.
    Time will tell.
