    I am worried we have not heard anything yet from EGL.
    I suppose this means the debtholder is playing very hard ball and will likely end up with a majority stake in the company.
    The clock is ticking and time is playing against EGL so I am worried the Board of EGL will have to agree on the debtholder terms...
