In banking terms it called "Special Answer". The fees for special answer is $15 at CBA. For Special answer bank cannot guarantee that cheques will be cleared with in 24hours as it is depends on other bank how quickly they respond. It also depends on the bank accounts the cheque was written from eg; bank cheque, personal cheque, business cheque etc.
