I'm on holiday as well. I emailed them specifically confirming my bank details for the refund of the SPP $$$........ Going to be seriously disappointed if they've sent me a cheque instead as it'll mean I won't have the excess money available for the 30th.
I did check my mailbox before I left and it hadn't arrived... I can only hope that they transferred the money on the 24th and itll go into my account... on the 27th?!?!
Going to have to call them... again...
