what i'm interested in is how much water has flowed into the tanks since they started pumping...doesn't matter how things are bolted down if they haven't got full tanks to start treatment, and then is the water still recharging at rates sufficient to sustain operation.
how effn simple is that, it doesn't need another capital raise to say how much water the plant needs when running at full capacity, read volumes and report to shareholders.
