Sure the company has arsssed around plenty and needs to lift its game big time if it ever wants to be taken seriously.
But, if your looking for real frustration look at the Flim Flam Man, Janus-faced TFG. How many times do they have to approve/ratify/accept/sign agreements? No wonder the place has been stuck in neutrlal for so long. When will the TFG realise that it can't jump all over the place like a mad woman having a crap re significant projects. Companies are trying to do business in Somalia that will bring profit for busineses and wealth for the country. The ongoing TFG fiasco just makes companies lose interest. The TFG needs to realise that once it approves something it can't change its position re that approval every 3 weeks and still be taken seriously. The TFG needs to decide whether it wants to move the country forward or continue the farce for even longer.
Puntland Government seem far from perfect but at least look like they are trying to go forward but are met with bluffing and then acquiesence from the ever-changing TFG.
Puntland can't wait for ever for the TFG, people are starving in a country that apparently has plenty of resources.
Puntland should just proceed with projects, develop a stronger army, feed and educate the population and show the rest of the country what is possible when a place is stable and reliable.
How many more TFG flip flops and somersaults? How many more years of poverty for Somalia?
