Good post , it seems the TFG are on thin ice in regard to maintaining stability in Somalia and has a Prime Minister dictating to Puntland Govt in regard to its own natural resources.

The Puntland it seems has the door open for negotiation and has agreed to share the profit of resource revenue,s with the TFG.

No doubt there are other factors involved ,but does Puntland and Somaliland really need the TFG or South Somalia ? Both States can run themselves and in relative peace.
The revenue from natural resources would make Puntland strong and ecconomically indepedent.
