Tim ..... your will have 1/20 of the shares you initially held. They will be worth whatever the market values them at when and if MMN is relisted.

The new directors are going to raise additional funds at 1c per share. They are issuing themselves shares at .1c.

The shares will probably relist around 1c in value.

Great deal for the new directors ... very poor deal for existing shareholders.
