Concerned about the terms. They could end up w a very large portion of the company. And why wouldn’t they. Good for them. Just if they extended another $15m at today’s prices. Not likely. But prob not at share price in Jan 2019 either. When they do the next cap raise.....
Only concerned so far as degree of dilution (which is totally assumed).
At least they will have aligned interests. I agree w the strong partnership.
