I am bullish/neutral re oil price. My main point is that the UCTL process is not yet proven on a large commercial scale. So that is one element of risk. But lets hypothosise and say the LNC pilot plant works perfectly for 10-20 brls/day. Then LNC needs to raise more capital. Another risk in current financial liquidity crisis. Then the delay between getting the plant built, commissioned and hopefully producing at full capacity. I haven't read the company spiel re timescale but doubt a large plant of say 10,000brl/day would be up and running at full steam before Dec 2010. Every company has some degree of risk. As i said.... too many unknowns and i prefer straight oil plays. If you absolutely believe everything LNC management have promised stacks-up.... then stick with what you believe.
