Guys you strayed off topic a bit. My original point is irrespective of ALL other factors can you manage this process at the scale being considered?
Now if my estimate is correct and I think it is, then I have concerns. You need to manage 130 separate reactors for 20,000 bbl/d. Now you might think that is possible, but have a look at a modern refinery, normally theres only a couple of reactors in each step. In other GTL proceses again you have maybe 5 - 10 gasifiers.
Capman and others, have you looked into this? Has LNC released info on this aspect?
