how many wells ???

Below is a paragraph from Hardmans second ¼ Activities & Cashflow Reports which reads, a programme of up to 10 wells for the second ½ of 2004, and further below is an article from Smedvig web site.
Now one report reads (HDR) up to 10 wells in 2004 and Smedvigs report reads 11 wells up to July 2005, so how many wells are we talking about between June, 2004 -July, 2005 ???

  Mauritania (2004 Drilling Plans): The Woodside Joint Venture will be considering a substantially increased drilling programme of up to 10 wells for the second half of 2004, including several Miocene channel exploration prospects and appraisal wells on both the Tiof and Banda Fields.

  Smedvig secures new contract for West Navigator

  Smedvig has been awarded a letter of intent by the Australian oil company Woodside for the assignment of the deepwater drillship West Navigator in West Africa. The contract value is estimated to US$ 80 million and includes an incentive arrangement.
  The new assignment includes drilling of 11 production wells as well as several exploration wells offshore Mauritania, and commencement is scheduled for June 2004. The drilling period is estimated to 380 days, which will keep the unit employed until July 2005.
  Smedvig has previously operated for Woodside offshore Mauritania, drilling three wells on the Chinguetti field in 2003.
  "The contract was awarded based on previous record-breaking performance in Mauritania", says CEO Kjell E Jacobsen in Smedvig asa.
