Only thing driving this atm is the corporate action. Please correct me if i'm wrong but if you read through the recent reports you'll see that the supposed jewel (South Gobi) has delivered mostly thermal coal; this stuff is pretty common and is fetching just over $100/t. More coking coal is what is needed.
