Mather & co sub wages funded by DGR again with cash to ANW and NVG announced today.
Strange how todays announcement is market sensitive yet the sale of OBS for $26m didn't even merit a release, instead mentioned at the back end of a non sensitive Iron Ridge listing announcement. Why?
Appears the management are not interested in the share price of DGR, it's just there for long term wage generation. Any announcement may have attracted attention to the use of the funds imo.
If there's no capital return, I hope someone requisitions a meeting to at least send a message.
