PRU are not overly diluted! so an extra 100mil shares to get us to mine development is not going to dilute us too much! Yes, it would probably be better to have some type of bank facility, but with that comes heavy compromise (especially under present economic circumstance) in hedging, interest and their security, which could be more of a lose if you think the long term pog is heading higher - which I do!
