No sorry, WPL have stated they are paying commercial prices for the gas.
They would not do the deal otherwise. Check the fin review they have about 20 articles on it.
But the deal has to be viewed in terms of the total package.
There are alot of spiun offs for WPL on the tankers etc etc
The Fin review also stated it is worth approx US52c to WPL and US5c to BHP per share
