pardon my ignorance, but exactly where is there any indication that the company is intending to raise capital?

yes, MEO is on trading halt pending an announcement - but isn't it jumping the gun a bit to presume it's CR related?

my guess is that the halt serves no purpose other than to settle a bit of all the rather unwarranted turbulence that has been going on in the last week or so until shareholders are *properly* informed at the AGM.

IMHO, i think too many MEO shareholders have lost sight of the bigger picture and have succumbed to the herd mentality. have faith in the reasons behind your original investment because really - not that much has changed.
