    lots of reits down today..this did stand up well.. it gets hardly no HC chatter so the traders don't get into it..which is good....so it will re-rate back to 70+ in the future with little fanfair but returning a div and a good profit to a few.

    The quiet one's are the best to be in..before the crowd arrives!
