    When CWT said it was going to review div policy I think many interpreted this as suspending all divs, and bailed out. When it announced 1.2 c for quarter it came as a pleasant surprise. That is still around 18% annualised on present price, which is a goodly rate. Also increases their NTA (pre tax) by about 8M$ per year.
