Roadkill, Mum is 73 and has been taking a pension for 3 years since she retired from the farm. We currently hold MOF,IOF,CPA,CWT and WDC in the property sector as well as BHP,Graincorp,Geodynamics Telstra Tabcorp Anz Bank of Q, Primeag, Van Eyk 3 Pillars,Aust Found and Argo. Oh and I forgot that gem of a stock Suncorp.I wanted to sell it when it dropped to $12 but was told that the divs were good and it was worth holding.Now I tend to make more of the judgement calls regarding selling as all they want to do is buy and hold regardless.Suncorp have slashed their dividend anyway.We hold also hold some preferance shares for interest and quite a bit of cash as I sold out of CBA when it was $42 and Adelaide Yield Trust because I became concerned at their exposure to bad debt in the margin lending/agricultural lending they were doing.
