What all CMR shareholders are owed now is an explanation of what went wrong and why!
Couldn't an independent report be produced on the status of CMR assets and their prospects?
Without this how can we vote on any future proposals?
If the previous issues can be resolved with an injection of capital and a better than even chance of recovering our initial investments then I think most shareholders would participate maybe through a share issue or re-float or something similar.
If it turns out the CMR assets probably can't turn a profit or the problems cannot be easily overcome then maybe liquidation is the logical option and we can all move on.
