In the absence of a better deal, I doubt we'd be making any recommendation to holders. They'd just have to follow thier heart. However, it would be wrong to assume voting yes to the proposal will get you anything, because there is nothing that I have seen in any of YAG's comments that assures relisting.
If you were in YAG's position and got the vote - would you relist? If I were unscrupulous, I don't think I would - why would I - what benefit would there be in me jumping thru the listing and compliance hoops
Nah - I'd either sit back and bank the dividends leaving the crumbs for shareholders or on sell it - either as a job lot or float it off under another name to someone else or others - and bank a healthy profit.
Shareholders would just have to hang in thier while the dog wags the tail coz this would without any doubt be an occassion where the tail certainly wouldn't be able to wag the dog.
