IMO, NRU seams like a terrific time to load up ATM.
A good majority of the company 52% is held by the top 20 as of sep 2010, they are not there to trade it so cheap.
What i like about is also is the low no of free stock available for the bots to play/cap price on any future ann, so we this is ready, it will run hard IMO.
