Risk/return type of question that you pose. Sure you could invest your funds within a diversified portfolio and achieve a balanced type of return of inflation plus margin. Does that cut it? For most yes but everyone, maybe not? Lets face it we are looking for more at this end of the market.

AVB is a company that has managed to weather the GFC and growth its JORC to 1Mt global equivalent and growing. Fundamentals here are very strong IMO and with MC at current levels its not surprising that we are rerating.
