    Rights issues are fair to all holders and thus no limits are put on how much you can subscribe for (up to the entitlement). SPP's are not so equitable - for example I have a very small holding, but can apply and get $15,000 of shares and thus ASIC/Corps Act put a limit of $15,000 on shares under a SPP each year.
