Rang and the retail entitlement is different so even if you participated in it you can apply for the full $15k.
Not sure how many I'll try for, $15k is a lot for a company like this. All eggs in one basket so to speak (for them), if resources tappers off then few will want drilling machines. I could very easily head back lower if this rebound falters at all.
