It is interesting what PLS group are doing.
It frankly shows the reach of HC.
the views of the many FMS s/h were brought together in the one forum way back last year at the time of the ill-considered Option Agreement proposal.
These FMS shareholders were specifically described as "Like-minded shareholders" almost 12 mths ago.
So yep, the s/h of PLS almost certainly were "like-minded" in utilising the term that FMSU used at that time. That term was specifically used, because it was the most appropriate term to describe the purpose of FMSU, and that description was conveyed in the many media coverage of that time.
Also, the issues of "association" were recognised and addressed way back then also.
The most important thing is that like-minded shareholders who contact FMSU are free to do what ever they wish, buy/sell shares, vote how they wish, and take whatever action they wish - all independently of FMSU.
Shareholders are free to discuss the goings-on in companies in which they hold shares. We are doing that now. FMSU is really just a focal point and post box.

It sounds like FMSU will contact people soon. They have proper jobs to do. All the expenses come out of their own pockets. So we should all be patient, as this T/O is still open, and may drag on and on.
