While anything can happen, it would be hard to believe that PMM and FAS are in bed together. PMM is 80% owned by US company so would hardly be there thing. And I don't think anyone at FAS would have had any time to tee up someone like PMM to buy the Opes ANZ sell off. PMM surely scooped that up on their own accord. FAS barely seemed to even know they had been sold or involved and ANZ certainly wouldn't have listened to them. Of course could be wrong here, but I think PMM have bought for their own gain..and now at the limit whereby any more purchases requires FIRB approval.
