    If you are referring to you individually. You cannot employ yourself, this would be counter-intuitive.

    If you are referring to you as in your operation of a business via a tax structure such as a company, then firstly there is the concept of ‘alienation of personal services’ income to consider. Notwithstanding in most such cases, you would not want to pay yourself a wage because you would just be taxable on the wage.
