how much coal is there in sxps basin

According to investigations & research there could be as much as 32billion tons of coal.

Can this be possible ??????

I know in 2 pel's there is proven 3 billion tons.

How popular will sxp be if they actually did have billions of tons of coal let alone oil or gas.

As a coal commodity - how can any one use it ?? is it usable coal ????
