how much could we raise in a new spp?

To all loyal Ventracor Share Holders

We are sorry that it has been real quiet, but to be honest, we have been concerned about accidentally providing information to the people who we believe are working against us as share holders. We now urgently ask you to respond to this email.

If the following was in place:

(i) a new CEO was controlling Ventracor
(ii) the previous Board was replaced a different members who have the share holders interests at heart
(iii) the company had in place a new plan that included much reduced salaries for the top executives, plus incentives and bonuses that were linked only to turning the corner to profitability, and all efforts were directed toward increasing the implant rates in the 50+ hospitals around the world.

Would you be prepared to participate in a new SPP?

If so, can you please provide the following information by return email:

1. The name that your shares are held in.
2. The amount of money that you would be prepared to forward in an SPP, (with no upper limit).

Can you please also send an email if you would NOT be interested in participating in a new SPP, (so that we can check you off the list as having received the email).
