    I would caution against proposing to keep Crosby in VCR, in any position, as he has been the main architect of VCR's downfall. Let me just say that anyone who has worked for VCR under Crosby, indeed for any company that Crosby was previously involved with, would corroborate this. Dear shareholders, present and former VCR employees have their own stories to tell and information to share.
