The buybacks were an unorthodox move for a junior explorer not in production and they worked brilliantly with shares bought at lower prices being reissued at higher prices.
It was a smart strategy and resulted in less dilution than would have occurred had the buybacks not been in place and shareholders are the better off because of it.
