how could that be possibly considered the best outcome for CDU shareholders??????
A share price of $20 & a dividend of $1 - $2 would be a better outcome, don't you think???? or even a $10 share price & a $1 dividend, that also would be a better outcome, yes??

I guess we will just have to wait and see, although if you think a $3 s/p with t/o, then why aren't you buying to make the 50% profit on t/o ?????
