Too much speculation. CuDeco would not have got to mining without the ability of Wayne McCrae to raise finance at levels which caused minimum dilution.

Wayne McCrae has options to raise any further finance which may be needed.

From a personal viewpoint, I am of the opinion that there will not be a further share issue.
