aren't the JV coy and ADY for all intents the same thing. I think I read in the annual report that Ady had a $40 million debt facility to cover the port construction costs. Would this be exclusively booked the ADY (IO) or split when the company demergers? this would add or subtract substancially from the 1st years bottom line.The company also has spent quite a bit recently on the pilot plant and aquisition of other companies that deal with lithium alone. Will there be compensation for this? I wait for these answers before I make up my mind>
