To keep some tension on SFR (and keep them wondering about OZL's intentions) I would like to see them raise their holding in SFR to the 19.9% limit. This would also get them a seat at their board table. SFR will have to do a cap raising to get their projects underway but in lieu of that OZL with its cash could set up a JV with SFR plus, with its mine operating experience, could offer a lot to a such a joint venture and get the SFR resources to market quickly.
