How much did the Evertz clan make from BIG?

Reflecting on this whole debacle, I was wondering where the money actually went and how much the Evertz clan actually made from BIG given that it appears that they didn't actually sell any shares during the heyday.

We know that they were taking salaries of say $220k each which is good money but by no means outstanding at the executive level. We know that there was high living including the house in Avalon, the Tesla, the no doubt first class flights around the world and fancy hotels and restaurants but with the salaries paid that would only account for probably a few million between the three of them.

However, given the magnitude of the losses suffered by BIG shareholders, it doesn't seem that relative to some other similar situations that they did all that well personally out of BIG, particularly compared to some other similar collapses (eg. OneTel, HIH, Bernie Madoff, Enron, etc.). In the cases of BLA and GSW, those companies did pretty big capital raisings when their share prices were high but BIG didn't.

So what was the plan was to hit the big payday? Were they intending to sell down some of their shares before the music stopped but got caught out by the suspension?
