    Water grants should be the last thing we're hearing about at the moment. I'm surprised it's even ann. worthy.

    AXO should take a leaf out of EMG's book. They only listed last year and just announced today conditional funding with Chinese partners. Makes me wonder why it is taking AXO so long. hhmmmm.....
