There is no guarantee that the JV will allow STX to process any other gas on their block unless the gas is from EP469, its assumed this is the case but imo it’s unlikely.
As a JV asset holder your not going to allow an asset that’s on your block to be used for producing a 3rd patties gas without a significant fee.
