    I may be wrong but many 'investors' typically forget to include these costs when bragging about how much money they have much. When you crunch the numbers property can be a terrible investment. That being said I'm talking from a Melbourne perspective, Perth and Sydney seems to still have sufficient cap gains to make it worthwhile
