    Timing is a guess at how long these sort of deals take. There is commercial as well as legal / tax due diligence. There the deal has to be packaged up into an offering document, possibly an Independent Expert report and a Prospectutus type disclosure document. It has to be cleared by the ASX and then the documents have to be approved by ASIC.
