Hi guys

I see CDS has just been given approval which is good news.

Now my question is how much of the deposit does cds own, now that they bought/ are going to buy out a member of the original joint venture group who owned the deposit.

Company (Pty) Ltd (Lukale) and Umnotho We Sizwe Group (Pty) Ltd (Umnotho), to acquire an
interest in, and to farm in to three coal licences held by Lukale located in the Waterberg region of

I can see we are jv partners with 2 others so does this mean we own a 3rd??
