what you propose requires a motion to be drawn up for the next meeting - perhaps giving Brett a call in our Brisbane office could streamline the process - you never know, they may have a timely procedure that would assist you getting your motion on the table easier - there could also be considerations under the Constitution of our company that are out of the ordinary which you may have to follow - also, getting a motion tabled during a scheduled company meeting will save time and $ and save you from having to call a separate meeting of members only - otherwise the Corporations Act sets out what is normally needed - it can be found here:

there are no standard forms for initiating a motion, you just draw it up citing what provisions of the Corporations Act you are relying upon - big headings generally get that message across, so to does a telephone call with the person responsible within the company for dealing with your proposed motion - thereafter the company has certain obligations under the Act to comply with assuming you have got your initiating papers together - see generally s249O in this regard
