Agree with much of that Gefi, but I don't think we'll have to wait for 3-6 months before negotiations commence.

ASIC is now involved, and preparations for court proceedings are well under way ... also, the media will be brought in to the picture big time if things were to get to that stage.

Nkwe / Zijin know all this, and must realise that if they sit on their hands much longer, it'll be too late for them to go into damage control mode ... Their bluffing and waiting tactics are now wearing thin, and their time to act properly is running out.

But then, this is all IMHO too, Gefi.
