How much graphite?

    In the latest investor presentation it says the current plant can produce 14,000 tonnes of graphite per year. My question is, is that at 11% purity or 14,000 of concentrate? If the latter will that mean that the proposed 64,000 production plant will process 64,000 of the final product?
