    You guys need to look beyond the Approvals wishlist. BFS and Phase II funding model is in a new Era since this started. Venture Capitalists have gone soft on any type of Commodity Funding since Oil Price collapse.

    See "Red Fork Energy". Not recommended for the feint-hearted.

    You're not going to do this deal with a 20% deposit.
