On 25 August 2011 announcement, DB issues notice of initial substantial holder effective 23 August 2011.
Ordinary shares = 282,801,040; voting power = 6.87%
of which 272,636,040 is held by Deutsche Bank Group (Gulara Pty Ltd ... a wholly owned subsidiary of DB AG is registered as holder) and the remainder is held by Deutsche Securities Australia (divided into 7,136,000 Pan Australian Nominees Pty Ltd + unknown balance; 2,089,000 with third party as collateral for unrelated obligations.
Individual transactions are dated from 27/04/2011 - 23/08/11
I'll leave it to whoever is interested to calculate how many (if any) shares DB still owns by subtracting amount of sales up to 25 October 2011 issued in their announcement of 27 October 2011.
