forget that figure
i used income (and that was the wrong one) instead of earnings, and i'm not sure about inculding those top 4 big figures on the income statement, since they look like they might be property writedowns.

my revised calc ignoring (what i am guessing are) revaluations is 1.7, which would be good.
but that could be way off since i'm not an expert

so it seems that they won't have any trouble making their interest payments, which is good.

(not that i'm jumping up and down about it)
